AMBER4AMBER 7 a necklaces

Amber Sceats jewellery was founded by Australian mother and daughter team Jeannette and Amber Sceats. The range combines fashion trends of the past and present to create an eclectic high fashion aesthetic. The beauty of Amber Sceats’s pieces allow them to be worn from day through to evening and covering all looks – tough and elegant, high end and streetwear. I am obsessed with the countess necklaces (see last pic) in both silver and rose gold to wear back with a simple white tee.

Catherine Baba is a Paris based Australian stylist who is the queen of bold statements. Baba is a street style favourite notorious for arriving at the Paris Fashion Week shows on a bicycle wearing the latest designer heels. Her love of vintage pieces acquired in flea markets means she is often seen in turbans, kimonos, catsuits, furs, arms full of bangles, long tassel earrings and 1930’s dresses. “This obsession with old clothes made my mother hysterical, especially since she spent her time sewing my conservative pretty dresses, but it is at garage sales in Sydney that I began to find my freedom” Catherine reflects. She especially adores Yves Saint Laurent and has a collection of over 300 vintage pieces. Baba has worked for Chanel, Givenchy, Balmain and Ungaro and is a freelance stylist and consultant for a number of fashion houses and designers. She has styled some amazing shoots for Dazed & Confused, Vanity Fair and many international editions of Vogue.
