Free People (who happen to be my favourite boho brand) have just announced the launch of FP Me – a new online style community. Their website has transformed into an integrated social community, a place for shoppers to share personal style, create looks, curate collections, and interact with each other. Users can also tap into their own photos quickly and easily via an Instagram integration. There are a variety of ways to engage on, including creating a public profile, uploading and sharing street style pics, creating product collections, ‘hearting’ products, collections, and photos, and connecting with other fashion lovers. FP Me also provides a new shopping experience where members can shop by items they have hearted, as well as through user’s street style pics and collections. I’m posting some pics of my own soon on FP Me, let me know if you do too!

Rihanna has unveiled her River Island campaign for the first time, featuring Jourdan Dunn and Charlotte Free to showcase her debut collection. Other featured models include Tao Okamoto, Ataui Deng and Australian beauty Bambi Northwood Blyth. Photographed by Mario Sorrenti, the shoot and the clothing in the range is inspired by the Nineties. Rihanna debuted her long awaited fashion collection for River Island on Saturday night during London Fashion Week. The range lands in stores on March 5.

Style icon Alexa Chung has confirmed in an interview with Japanese fashion magazine Numéro Tokyo the news that we’ve been expecting to hear for some time. When asked if she would consider launching her own fashion collection the presenter replied, ‘Yes, I’m definitely going to do that. I’m looking into it right now. I’ve got nothing to lose, it’s a bit of fun. In this current era of celebrity no one believes you actually design the stuff anyway, even though I sketch everything myself. So if it sucks I can say I had nothing to do with it, and if it’s really good I can say ‘Here are the drawings, it’s all my own work!’. The TV host and model also graces the cover of Numéro Tokyo’s October 2012 issue looking as boho beautiful as ever.
