From top: Prade Poeme sunglasses + Miu Miu Rasoir sunglasses and opticals

These amazing Prada Poeme sunglasses are what I want in my life right now. They offer a fresh approach to wearing flowers on your pretty little head. The bold frame is unexpected and they feature beautiful hand painted 3D flowers – the same floral design that was seen on the Prada catwalk for Spring/Summer 2013.

The Miu Miu Rasoir collection features a semi-rimless cat eyed frame with bold arms. Our favourite bad girl RiRi is a huge fan of Rasoir and has been photographed wearing them over and over. The Rasoir collection is displayed in the sensational campaign directed by Inez & Vinoodh, starring models Arizona Muse, Adriana LIma, Malgosia Bella, Bette Franke, Martha Hunt and Doutzen Kroes.

Prada and Miu Miu are available at the OPSM Eye Hub. The Eye Hub is like no other eyewear store I’ve ever seen. They have the hugest range of designer frames and sunglasses and offer the latest services in advanced scanning technology and eye testing. The OPSM Eye Hub is at 174-176 Burwood Road, Hawthorn, Victoria 3122 Telephone: (03) 9819 5424

In a highly-anticipated fashion industry first, Harper’s BAZAAR has welcomed the famed Carine Roitfeld as global fashion director across all of it’s 26 international editions. The editor who is best known for her ten year stint at French Vogue (2001-2011) and being a street style photographer’s favourite debuts her first fashion feature in Harper’s BAZAAR 15th anniversary March issue globally. A 16-page spread entitled ‘Carine on the Collections’ sees Roitfeld offer her creative take on the spring/summer 2013 collections using looks by Chanel, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana alongside emerging names such as Christopher Kane and J.W. Anderson.

Miu Miu will premiere the fourth and final instalment of its Women’s Tales film series, during Venice Film Festival’s opening day, August 30. Entitled It’s Getting Late, the Italian fashion house’s latest short follows four women played by Patricia Clarkson, Gemma Arterton, Rinko Kikuchi and Aubrey Plaza all getting ready for a night out at The Hotel Café club in Hollywood, to attend a Zola Jesus concert. The story was written and directed by Massy Tadjedin and will be screened alongside the other instalments from the brand’s mini-movie saga that celebrates female filmmakers.

Miu Miu has released a behind-the-scenes video of its Autumn/Winter 2012-13 campaign starring fashion darling Chloë Sevigny. The fashion-forward actress lounges in creative director Miuccia Prada’s seventies inspired designs from Miu Miu’s A/W collection, including retro-chic pantsuits and some fabulous python boots. The clip is set to the delightfully chirpy track ‘When I’m Small’ by Phantogram a pop duo which formed in New York consisting of Sarah Barthal and Joshua Carter.
